i didnt think of it while sketching but if i did this again i would bring the 'lower' set (in this specific) pose forward more on the body to represent the clearer range of motion & how its meant to be more, like, horizontally parallel than vertical
it obviously would never work for real and have more mobility issues than the former, but its a fun concept
still refining it anatomy-wise (by winging it entirely) but i am still entertained by the idea of, instead of resolving an extra pair of limbs anatomically by stacking the structure vertically, you resolve it by having one encase the other & just have a really massive chest
