I'm 90% sure this lil guy is going to be relevant for a while simply because his design is too anime-like and also not really diverse in features in comparison to the background characters, which are always more varied than the main cast

In the 2nd Gun Devil attack and it's barrage of shots, the Gun Devil murdered exactly 931 people.

Yoru's one Gun Goddess shot, on the other hand, killed approximately 4 thousand people.

The damage Yoru did in 1 shot is 4 times the damage the 20% Gun Devil did in a barrage.
