Folks, we are so back! Been doing a lot more lifting and adding some muscle mass so I’m very pleased with the progress!

My dad was diagnosed with colon cancer at 43 and it killed him at 57.

My neighbor just threw theirs next to my green waste bin on Monday. I chopped it up and threw it in there, then shoveled all these needles into the bin 😂 very red

All that being said… I’m watching much more IndyCar the last few seasons… FWIW

As a long time/technical fan- I had fun just watching the spectacle. I’ll take more of that! Love a formula change to shake things up. I could spend time hating the formula but it is what it is- so I’ll stick to enjoying interesting/exciting racing… (F1 still has a long way to go in this regard)
