Iβve wanted to buy something from the bookish boxβs wounded book sale all month but everytime they restock I get decision paralysis and donβt get anything lol
I found this book at a thrift store like 2 years ago and had never heard of it but thought it sounded interesting. I ended up not getting it and Iβm kicking myself now because itβs SO good

I donβt understand how hoopla doesnβt have holds but Iβm forever grateful because my library got sunrise on the reaping there!!!!!!!!

Fact: They didnβt fear what breaking the Dept of Education would do to their kids. Their kids are in fancy private schools.
They are dismantling the Dept of Ed so our kids have no choice but to be undereducated and work for their kids.
Thou shalt not let anti-science imbeciles destroy the Department of Education so everyone can be as stupid as they are.
Regrowing my green onion scraps!!!! I canβt wait to try with more veggies
βAll I know is that Iβd do anything to lie in that bed with you just once without thinking about gow Iβm going to have to kill you soon.β

βItβs overwhelming, loving like this. My heart feels like an open wound. I donβt understand how everyone justβ¦ walks around with the knowledge that everyone they love will soon be dead. I look at my sister, my mum, and itβs all I can see. Inevitable loss.β

and in the present timeline it took forever (more than halfway) before we started get any information about why they were stuck in this loop. The conclusion was good and we do know everything by the end, but it felt rushed to me. 3/3
The story is told in alternating timelines between the present, where they live in Wales, and their previous lives spanning all over the world. I guess I felt like their previous lives began to get a little repetitive,- 2/3
ππ I definitely have some mixed feelings about the book. The concept is SO interesting and the writing was beautiful, but I felt like the pacing was off in parts. The premise is two lovers who are continually reincarnated and destined to kill each other in each life. 1/3
The #ElectoralCollege is #DEI for #RedStates

Calling my representatives is the worst shit as someone with anxiety but I did it today ππ»
I need to not request arcs of books in a series because Iβm incapable of reading a new book in a series without rereading all the previous books
Fighting for my life trying to get through the arcs I have

Ahhh Iβm excited for you to read it!!!!!!!! It was soo good
Overall this book was 4/5 stars for me and I would highly recommend! 7/7
However, it did leave room for such good character growth, on both of the main characters parts! This book is definitely more spicy than the first one, and Ivy writes it so well. She also dropped some hints about who a third book might be about, and I really hope we get to see their story! 6/7
because I loved the more serious back half. The only thing I wished were different about this book is that we got a deeper look into what happened between Cielo and Aiden during the first book. I feel like it was left kinda vague and miscommunicate-y? 5/?
The back half of the book is driven more by events going on in their separate worlds. Iβve seen a few other arc reviews say that they felt the back half of the book is slower. The first half is more rom-com-y, so itβs definitely a switch up, but I think it depends on what you like in a book 4/?
