Should have added that some people grow up into decent members of society despite their parents.

Unfortunately, human society is more complex. Some seem to be born with personality disorders, and not all parents know how to train good behaviour.
The words evil and wicked, the latter derived from witch, tend to be associated with religion, or religious values, yet some religions encourage them.
As an independent humanist, I tend to regard people who may be described this way as sociopathic or psychopathic. They're incapable of redemption.

Many of the men who claim to be trans are sexual perverts. When I was on Twitter I came across videos of them masturbating in women's loos, etc. A higher proportion of male trans prisoners are in for sex offences than in the general male prison population.
The people who are fixated on their appearance and even on having what they see as their imperfections removed are also described as having Body Dysmotphia Disorder, and aren't necessary happier after plastic surgery, but may continue to have it.
