I agree. Canadians treat elections like you’re casting a vote for a Prime Minister or a party when literally the only thing you can vote for is a candidate. If they change parties you’re still voting for the same person, according to our system.

The most generous thing you could say about the prequels is that they’re camp.
Two things can be true at once: George Lucas got a lot right in the prequels (bad actors exploit democratic institutions, fascism targets emotionally neglected young men, sand gets everywhere) AND they are corny, dumb movies.

We know that losing a job is one of the most traumatizing things that can happen to you, up there with losing a loved one, and even puts people in real danger, so anyone who would do that to someone should be punished accordingly.
This is the correct reaction, every time I see a dick it’s the best part of my day no matter what size.
I think that if a company has to lay off employees it’s a fundamental failure of management and CEOs should be required by law to quit.
