New product drop: tryinboxzero.ai β¨
My next best channel is videos on Instagram, then TikTok; just showing real use cases, no sales pitch. Still not doing enough of this though. I need to double down
Iβve had more success re-engaging churned users or acquiring users for new parallel products by emailing my ProMind list than running paid ads.
Cooking something new for next month. Watch out π«΅

I think I setup an account and made payment at some point. Iβll check to see if itβs still active.
Thatβs one platform I havenβt really explored.
Iβve been paying 99USD annually to Apple to host just one app - ProMind.ai. Iβm about to flood the App Store with βapps built for meβ
One in review at the moment: βSend Itβ
A super optimised app for rewriting messages in specified tones. Built in one weekend. What should I build next?
Then add prepping for a key exam to it andβ¦ π₯±
Building a product on the side of 9-5 while having a family will stretch you to your limits.
I have been able to launch ProMind.ai and pingpulse.ai so far. I aim to build one more before the year runs out
My productivity setup
In the meantime, I'm building out Slack for AI teams with ProMind.ai βwhere you communicate with and coordinate your AI employees as the "product manager."
Software dev, content creation, HR, salesβall working autonomously under your direction.
#buildinpublic
Will this role last forever? What happens when AI becomes great at this too?
That's a musing for another day! For now, humans still have the edge in nuanced, contextual work.
This role needs:
β’ Great communication skills
β’ Ability to clearly define requirements
β’ Skills to weigh various outputs
β’ Talent for providing clarifications and refinement instructions
This puts humans back in the creative seat.
If AI takes our jobs, I'm convinced new ones will emerge. Some forecast roles like "HR for AI agents." π§βπΌπ€
I prefer thinking of it as "product manager for AI agents"βsomeone who coordinates and manages AI teams like human teams.
"But you can achieve the same with great prompt engineering; garbage in-garbage out right?"
Well, how many of us are talented prompt engineers? How many are great at defining what we want? Do we even know what we want? π
This is where humans excelβthe talented ones at least.
I decided to engage them and the quality of their work is way ahead of what I've gotten with any AI platform so far (ProMind AI included).
The attention to detail, deeply contextual content, putting users front and centerβall with minimal guidance!
Will AI really replace us as fast as its hype suggests? π€
For deeply nuanced and contextual tasks, I believe AI isn't quite there yet. A talented content writer reached out to help optimize ProMind.ai, and what happened next surprised me π§΅
Curious, how do you currently run your surveys or collect feedback today? Google forms, survey monkey?
Iβm building PingPulse.ai and I want to make sure Iβm covering a good mix of use cases
Just tried a user-created βJoy of Balanced Lifeβ mind on ProMindβturning daily emotions into a gratitude game. Itβs inspiring to see what the community is building. Check it out: promind.ai/minds/aad7a6...

With the growing list of minds on ProMind.ai, it has become imperative to have a search function. This is now done β
Just launched PingPulse.ai and I'm genuinely curious: what's your biggest frustration with collecting user feedback?
We built this because one-question surveys get higher completion rates than traditional forms.
Try it free β pingpulse.ai
What would you ask your users?

Visible growth is beautiful. And yes, you can now connect your Google workspace to ProMind.ai now! #BuildInPublic
ProMind.ai has evolved from a side project I started to solve the prompt engineering madness to one that can now route your request to the best LLM for your request, automatically. Best part, it retains context across all your conversations . This is my most successful product so far! #buildinpublic
My current dev setup:
- v0 for UI
- VSCode + continue for coding
- NodeJS and Postgres for backend
- NextJS frontend
- Python FastAPI for all things AI
- ProMind.ai for professional assistance
Iβm not 100% sold on vibe coding just yet but slowly warming up to it
I have found GPT-4o to be better at function calling than sonnet 3.7.
Iβm routing all function calling requests to gpt-4o, coding and other complex requests to sonnet and the rest to 4o-mini
I tried my hand implementing some prompt routing for ProMind and itβs pretty neat! Now letβs see how many Dollars I get to save going forward
ProMind AI isnβt only for writing!
Iβm excited to share that you can now manage your calendar with ease β view your free/busy times, schedule an event, and more.
Connect your Google Calendar today & save 20% off subscriptions with code: CALENDAR20!
Iβm building a tool and platform to make it easy to collect and analyse user feedback. For now, itβs primarily targeted at collecting feedback from ProMind users. Would anyone else be interested in using it for their products?

π Reactivation insight: Personal founder emails to churned users got 3x more responses than automated messages. Keep it human, authentic, and brief. Show you care about their feedback.
