For the last ten months, I've been building games on Remix.
It uses AI to help you code, but prior to it, it took me months and months to build games.
Now it takes me weeks.
I know a lot of people are on the fence or hate AI, but I am embracing it for the tool that it is.
And it's very helpful.

I've been enjoying the love @square-enix-games.com has been giving the Front Mission franchise by allowing Forever Entertainment to remake them.
We just got confirmation that Front Mission 3 will come at the end of June.
Now if only other companies showed their dying franchises this kind of love.
Forgot to post that I am nose-deep in Fantasy Life i and I'm enjoying every minute.
Not without a few annoyances but for the most part better than its predecessor in every way.

I was able to play in the Variance playtest back in April, and I think it's shaping up to be one of my favorite games in development to date.
A roguelike dungeon crawler where the object of the game is fast, efficient runs to the end of procedurally generated areas.

This is an argument I hear a lot and one that confuses me.
Because no one's intentions are noble here, and you can never convince me otherwise.
If you follow the rules for the use of the system, then this is never a problem to begin with.
You can play and enjoy games just like the rest.
I guess the new news this morning that we are all up in arms about is Nintendo's ability to brick your Switch 2 if you use unauthorized software.
Simple solution: ...don't...use unauthorized software?
Honestly, gamers might be more dramatic than my tiny children.
It just dawned on me that we are two days away from the early start in Fantasy Life I, and less than three short weeks away from the Switch 2.
I'm so glad I have something to keep my mind off of the Switch 2 release before it launches.
It would have been such a painful wait.
