Was really struck by A Different Man this weekend. Terrific script, great performances, one of the best of the year. Would make for a great double feature with I Saw the TV Glow about how passivity can eat you from the inside out

Very good. Sebastian Stan is out here giving two of the most interesting performances of the year (in this and The Apprentice) and both of them are criminally underseen for different reasons (botched A24 release; movie about Tr*mp). #filmsky
Caught up with The Apprentice and A Different Man and I gotta say… Sebastian Stan is really doing some spectacular work here.
Sebastian Stan is criminally underrated Actor. A generational Actor.
Sebastian Stan being unable to find another actor to do Variety’s Actors on Actors with him (he was invited) because of The Apprentice is such a supreme level of cowardice on Hollywood’s part I can barely even fathom it (even though I really shouldn’t be surprised). An utterly decrepit industry.
