For the past 5 years I've taken part in Concern UK's Ration Challenge, raising money & awareness of refugees globally. The Syrian conflict created 6m refugees, with 7.2m displaced internally. Amazing that so many will now hopefully be able to go home. I so hope the next stage runs smooth.
What a week - two days in New York, discussing next year's Transform Awards North America (and the New York conference) and then straight back for two days of judging the Transform Awards Europe. According to my sleep tracker app, this week I've met 9% of my sleep target!

Oh man! Is there any more stressful a rite of passage than your first dinner party. My 15yr old wanted one for a birthday party! They’ve made it to the first course. All the tears, explosions and drama in the prep have disappeared and now all I can hear is laughter and merriment. Phew!
