Funny how I own like 6 Monopoly boards irl, from Street Fighter and Assassin's Creed, to DBZ and TMNT, yet I hate the game.
It's like Funko POP! Figures. I somehow own like 12 of them, and I don't even like them.

One of the more conspicuous references to #Shadowgate, in #BeyondShadowgate, is the map found in Castle Gwenynthell's Trade Office. It's the same map print as the one found in the study in Castle Shadowgate

First rooms in these games are always important to immideiately hook the player, be it the door in Shadowgate, the bathroom stall in Deja Vu, or the car in Uninvited

Of course, I took direct inspiration from the first room in the now non-canon '93 original

Thanks. I made this several years ago when I felt like trying out DOOM mapping. I'm more of a 2D level designer, but it was super fun.
Honestly, it was just an excuse to hire Jimmy to make some banger tracks 🤘
