I have a standing appointment with my mighty oak friend. She lives deep in the forest by my home. I'm quite certain she is the tallest tree there. Every visit, she offers me the same wisdom: play, play, play. Especially on the hard days, play. 🌿

yes! Where I am from, we have two nature-based schools. I hear the waitlist is quite long to get in though. Wish we had more of those! any amount of time outside is great for one’s health.

Vaishali!!! I hope you’re doing well! I’ve been really loving forest therapy walks. Lucky me, I get to guide weekly walks for others, and then I do my own solo walks at least a couple times each week. The forest is my medicine! 🌿
