Sometimes USPS shipping is maddening... Why did it take four days to go from Phoenix, AZ, back to Phoenix, AZ? Then from San Jose to Oakland, then to San Francisco, and likely back to Oakland. WTF? This was supposed to arrive on Monday.

I expect the economy to start tanking due to Mango Mussolini's idiotic war with Iran. Gas is already starting to spike, but this will have a big impact on worldwide logistics. A lot of fertilizer is also made in the Middle East, so farmers can expect to have screwed themselves more by voting Trump.

This is something I always bring up. Iran was on the verge of a humanitarian disaster without the war, since it is almost completely out of water. Now with the attacks, people will blame the US, rightly or wrongly. Tens of millions of people will soon experience no water.

If anything, the magnets might be too strong. But this way I can also avoid using glue/epoxy, which does not seem very reliable (including JB Weld), and screws are easy to repair in the field.
I also need small spacers because I only have 5mm between each row of LEDs. This will make it somewhat easy to remove the fur for maintenance/repair. I turned to Digikey for fasteners. Despite being more expensive than Amazon, at least I can find the exact parts I need without sorting through BS.
I think I found a good solution for holding the fur against the inside of my ears with the LEDs. www.kjmagnetics.com sells small ring magnets I can sew to the fur and flat head mountable magnets I can attach to the aluminum ears between the rows of LEDs.
I don't see how we're all that different than Russia, though Iran did have quite a shitty government. I'm worried this was a mistake bigger than Bush's Iraq invasion. Iran is close to a humanitarian disaster with water, and they have capable cyber groups and have had years to study our tactics.
This may end up much worse, especially since Iran is on the verge of a massive water crisis. Their supply around Tehran is down to around 10% the last I heard. I expect famine and millions of desperate people.
