I’d have more compassion for Leslie’s past struggles raising Eva if we didn’t constantly see her using her daughter as a meal ticket & leveraging her connections w/ her bf & his father to stay out of prison. Or get close to Ted. As it stands, it feels like a narrative mismatch.
