Slightly annoyed because I have to make call to hearing aid centre.. and I'm deaf.

I'm overwhelmed to navigate like, how the fuck I need talk to and asking questions for my hearing aid.

Luckily my mom able to make call for me. I wish there's way to make communication easier.
