And it’s a 113 stitches across and rainbow and I started with orange (which I have a ton of from a project I never finished bc I couldn’t get it perfect)… and the only goal is to finish and use up as much yarn as possible.

I get this! I’m crocheting (my first project in a year) a stash buster blanket right now, which I’ve never done b/c I used to buy whatever I needed to make whatever I needed and pull it apart as many times as needed to make it (never quite) perfect.

I feel so validated! ☺️ it’s the first theory I’ve really ever stated publicly. Although I’m totally open to not being right!

I don’t see Dorothea as a romantic song at all… I know that people are referencing Tay grouping that song in with TTDS, but HW literally came “back to her side”, opened for her on tour and is working directly/indirectly with her on this “project”.

I’ve been unmedicated for about a year and a half after 7 years of medicated night shift work. I have a similar sleep pattern as you now and here’s what’s helped me the most in my journey to stay unmedicated:
Beans for breakfast. Eating and water before coffee…

Showing up for yourself everyday, baby step building a self care routine*, stick with it and give yourself grace when you’re not perfect. And sooo much praise when you do something you (think) you didn’t want to do for yourself.
