OPEIU Local 2's Linda Bridges authored a column in the Richmond Times-Dispatch today on the Virginia legislature's failure to repeal "right-to-work" โ and why it's so desperately needed.
OPEIU Local 30 Executive Director Marianne Giordano penned an op-ed in the Denver Post, calling for Gov. Polis to support state lawmakers' efforts to make it easier to form a union in the state of Colorado.
"The law as it stands does not reflect Coloradansโ values," she writes.
Despite a broken labor law system and an anti-union administration, workers are organizing across the country for better wages, benefits and working conditions.
