I'm not saying age/identity verification laws are good, but if politicians say we must do them, then there are some ways that are better than others to implement them.

I actually thought the bots had already been cleaned up tbh because I looked at the followers for the meme account and virtually all the bots (save maybe a handful) were gone:

This is to say: if you're an attorney who's hesitated to take on habeas cases because you think you lack the knowledge, or you're worried about whether you'll really help, I PROMISE you can make a difference. I'm just a dipshit with a 7-year-old laptop and a bad attitude. If I can do it, so can you.

This puts me at 10 people released. I filed my 1st habeas petition 29 days ago. I am an incredibly small-time, nobody lawyer who knew nothing about immigration law the day I submitted that case. I barely know any more today. I had never sued the federal government and now I've beaten them 10 times.

Toni is a wonderfully thoughtful and insightful exec, who has shown that you can build a real business around open software. Jay built Bluesky from scratch and gave it a reason to exist. I'm excited to see what she'll do as Chief Innovation Officer, where she'll be able to focus on what she does best: pushing the vision of an open protocol forward.

wow, someone on bsky with fewer blocks than me, and it's Jay no less 🤯

I know people have issues with the PBC and Jay, but at the end of the day they built Bluesky with a protocol that has enabled us to build things that can operate independently while enabling users to own their data how they wish.

I'm keen to see what Jay does as CIO.
