While I have on-and-off trouble with getting latex balloons to float for extended periods of time with Hi-Float (either due to fluctuating humidity or not washing out silicone-coated surfaces on some models), I can more or less rely on Sparkletts, T-balloons, and deco bubbles to do the task

This bag I found at a thrift store seems to work well as a good light card gaming kit

The upper compartment can fit a small Dragon Shield binder, and the lower main compartment can fit a folded rubber playmat and either a Gamegenic Watchtower or a Gamegenic Sidekick Pro deck box

Finally reached Grandmaster 0 using only Dragon from 0 Master Points in Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond - the challenge is courtesy of @rikkatakanashi.bsky.social as per 3rd image

Next season will be different with a gauntlet of decks in all likelihood
