I have experience making React websites, incl. proprietary backends and AWS backends. I have other varied experience is C, C#, Java - mostly in indie game dev. And ofc I do git and bash and whatever.
Would you like any help? I'd be happy to volunteer my time. I saw you write "we're technically just 1 & 1/2 people working full-time on this", and I don't think that needs to be the case. Especially now that you have substantial funding, you could even hire people better than me.
