How do you make the background of the scrollbar good looking when that property is set? I use it on my website, but then the background colors ends up matching just one color? (in my case it's my footer, because my html has the bg color set to the footer so that on smaller pages it looks ok)
I sometime wish you could impl a trait across multiple different blocks, like multiple partial implementations forming a full impl in the end gist.github.com/rust-play/22...
It's probably a bad idea though.

when you let AI-generated comments throughout your code
Ask France what they think of the committee that does exactly this for French and you'll have your answer as to why it doesn't exist for other languages, ha
It'd be cool to support this exact syntax, what we support right now isn't quite as friendly, ha.
very important to me that contributors start disclosing their keyboard switches in PRs because I am NOT accepting PRs from Cherry MX Reds and similar
My main use case is turning natural language into commands, ex: for rstask I have a skill that describes how things like "add this to my list" should automatically call rstask.
In any session anywhere on my computer, I can naturally say "add this to the todo" or variants and it'll call rstask
How can I train an AI in advance for a bespoke tool I created months after it was trained? To me skills answer that use case pretty well
Today's Load-bearing Tomato addresses the age old question:
"why don't the devs just [SOCIAL MEDIA OPINION]"
It turns out, "a lot of reasons", but if you never have to test your ideas, you never have to discover why they're not any good.

Yes, but I don't want to have to type the .! Just zed
It's crazy that doing `zed` in the CLI does not open the current folder like it does for VS Code

That's a cool idea
Super annoying the recent issues in Zed with the Git panel being outdated. I assume it also affects the explorer, really makes it feel hard to rely on
Can't blame them, I've had a million issues with notify in Rust myself π
I increasing believe that in these early days of agentic coding frenzy, the highest impact thing you can build is tooling around testing, lightweight formal methods, or fuzzing: anything that makes verification easier.
Seriously, there's never been a better time to learn stateful property testing.
I meant for a SSG framework!
Would be cool if frameworks could provide the Markdown themselves
Yessss
Fair enough!
Did you try `git push --mirror` instead of what you have now? And if so, why one over the other?
Cargo attempting to load workspace information from empty folders due to globs makes it quite annoying to switch between branches at time
Companies invest millions in their product but treat docs as an afterthought.
I disagree, it must be a core concern.
I wrote a deep dive into what it takes to write docs loved by millions, the value it delivers, and my experience in Astro Docs.

Your config looks great, awesome work! I will most definitely be applying some of these tricks. Love the Fish keybindings in particular!
I find Zed's config file to be super annoying to sync across computers.
Like, I feel like things like SSH connections, currently selected AI model and profile, etc. should be in some other local only file. It's syncing a SSH connection to the computer I'm SSHing into, that makes no sense!

May its frontend performance always be better than GitHub
