Na favela, reparar a infraestrutura não é exceção nem gambiarra folclórica.

É uma tecnologia mundana: um trabalho social, material e afetivo de sustentar a vida.

Reparo aqui é condição de existência.+

A elite historicamente descreve a favela como lugar onde “nada funciona”.

Essa narrativa desumaniza territórios para justificar o abandono, a remoção e a violência.

Mas a favela funciona apesar da opressão.+

Quando a luz cai no asfalto,
o Estado aparece.

Quando a luz cai na favela,
o silêncio se normaliza.

Isso não é falha técnica.
É governança desigual.+
