I missed an appointment...and my doctor's office said that it was their policy to cancel ALL following appointments with my Therapist.

Because...if I'm as bad as I am off the meds, and I need to stop taking them, am I gonna shutdown completely?

I haven't been well for over a week, even before the recent stuff I've dealt with.
...which means 1 or more of these:
-My meds need to be stronger
-I'm becoming more depressed than my meds can control
-My meds don't work anymore.

...makes me scared to get off these and swap meds

I have no issue with FISH! In VRChat. I'm just not interested.
...which kinda sucks cause when I see friends in open instances with 15 to 30+ people, I'm a lot less likely to wanna join them. Not because of heavy models, but because of heavy social anxiety...
