Long shot, but does anyone know of any regular art/craft/illustration type evenings in Bristol? Something not too formal, a chance to hang out with people as much as anything. Asking (genuinely) for a friend.
Crematoriums have to have a 2-3 day closure to get rid of everyone else’s ashes either side to ensure local families will still book with them and avoid getting a bit of a murderer in with their Nan. I remember it only too well!

Stuck in just a few inches of water, at the bottom of a deep-sided pit with a grate on top. He'd walked over the grate a few times before he noticed movement beneath it and realised what it was. Thank goodness he was able to reach them !

Pleased to see these swift bricks. The original plans had scant regard for wildlife. Gave thoughts at consultn stage & insisted for better ecological design incl. swift bricks. Can’t claim these have appeared only because of my comments at planning applictn stage, but input likely made a difference.
