It's not in our Google Workspace but I've messaged @benunsworth.co.uk as I suspect it might live in Kingston Council's Workspace. Will either get the sharing permissions fixed or see if we can host on Local Digital.

My 2 experiences of them in LAs is they are a thing on top and basically do nothing.
DLUHC seems to have had some success with innovation squads - small, empowered teams who have been set a six-week mission to increase efficiency and reduce bureaucracy. They dedicate 50% of their time.
We use Mailerlite at Local Digital, they still have a free plan for 1000 subscribers which might cut it www.mailerlite.com
