I remember wanting to draw a certain character in a game and searched their name so i could get a reference for drawing, and i was so confused it showed a different character instead.. but apparently it's bc that specific character lied about his own name in the first place which was a plot twist 😭

I want to doodle some p1 characters but im waiting until i finished both routes bc i feel like i can get spoiled by simply looking up their portraits or character arts for references

Im so happy that even in persona 1, the main character got to interact with his other self, in a prolly missable event 🥹 like i know a key character already had multiple selves throughout the game but i didn't expect the main character to see his own "shadow"

they would find me anyway if i ever post one fanart of that fandom again (which i will eventually), but at least i won't have to deal with people who'd feel parasocially betrayed that they followed me and thought it was a non problematic ship account bc id post it here on chizu acc lol

it didnt help that the fandom had grown really toxic and rampant with antis which was discouraging. it felt like every week artists i love were being cancelled and harassed and they did that with a jp mutual artist who wasn't even shipping problematic ship but was cancelled by association

i loved that account and bc of it i grew as an artist and met lots of friends and my best friend on the other side of the world who i still harass to this day and brainrot with adashu. but it's grown too big with a lot of eyes that would harass me if they found out i like problematic ships

i checked back on my old main account that i haven't posted in more than a year now and saw that i have 80 follower requests ack, im sad it's privated...but i dont know if i still want to even open it publicly anymore...

it's something i do by default anyway so i feel rewarded in some ways when i connect the dots before the game tells me later

i didnt expect that id like p1 this much, the music is great and i like the characters so far... i noticed that you would need to really, REALLY talk with everyone in this game and be nosy because you'd miss a lot on context and character personalities and background
