Just having my mom on the phone changed my entire day, I’m still sad but more hopeful. Also my coworker was really nice as well I sent her a text to thank her, she might not understand why tho but I really needed to hear what she said.

Hormones are the worst.

I was fine this summer so I guess seasonal depression is NOT helping. I don’t know, I really hope it stabilises somehow because I can’t take my IUD out for medical reasons, but I don’t want to just randomly feel like shit/crying during the day like today 🥲

My cycle is all over the place since my periods last up to 11/15 days now 🥲 I can’t even track if I’m PMS-ing because I usually have PMS symptoms WHILE having my periods now it’s so weird. Also most of the time I feel fine (?) but I also feel like crying all the time + random waves of sadness??
