This also lets you demo playing on a leverless which actually amazes me a bit. Just walking into a store and being able to see if you like leverless and walking out the same day with a new controller.

Shirakawa-go is beautiful. We decided to stay a night there as @novalie.bsky.social insisted on going somewhere to get away from all the anime, and gaming during the trip. She watched a video and picked it out.

Shirakawa-go is the direct inspiration of the setting in Higurashi. Theres even a map to visit the locations from it.

So remember there is no escaping anime and gaming when in Japan.

What was up with this Dracula Kid in Super Mario Land 2? He summons Bats by flipping you off but then they don't even go after you, They just fly up and leave. They're more of a side effect to flipping you off than anything else. He probably can't control it, it's just an involuntary Dracula thing
