At the same time, people using it for art/video/text content makes me nauseous. I hate that blogs and search are filling with slop. (Although that’s because search algoritms encourage ”fresh content” no matter how vapid). So I don’t know where that puts me in this debate.

This is the contradiction I have trouble with. In my line of work, and especially as a woman for whom asking questions can be a liability (because you are already considered stupid by default) LLMs have been empowering to help with things that Google can’t answer.
