With the announcement, #AFCToronto are now up to 20 players heading into the off-season, keeping most of their core together as they look to avenge their loss to Vancouver in the final.

Big votes for the likes of Cota-Yarde and Stratigakis, too, who won spots in the XI mid-year.

#AFCToronto have confirmed a few more (major) roster updates today, ahead of the turn into 2026.

Top among them: contract extensions for young stars Kaylee Hunter and Nikayla Small through 2027, keeping them with the club through the next two seasons.

Bassett says the discussions with Mauro Eustáquio and then-York United began back in September when it “became clear” he would be a free agent at the end of the season.
