The joy of being on holiday in a city I’ve been to several times before, the extent of my plans is pottering around and drinking coffee

Thank you! Although three days of 450 colleagues, lots of work, too much wine and too little sleep has somewhat broken me

Work part of my trip is finished and now for a little three day break in Barcelona eating good food and pottering around

Nothing like a bit of sun to improve the mood

I just stuck with my aisle seat for the flight

Definitely made the most of having somewhere to put my legs

Delayed flight, but boarding complete and a row to myself

Perks of booking my own travel, I get the choice but also can’t blame anyone else for picking the 10am rather than 1pm flight

That is a total nightmare. Needless early start and still missed your train

Totally! And now I’m up and moving it’s not bad, but that 6:45 am alarm on a Sunday wasn’t my favourite

True, and I do only live 25 mins from the airport - it could have been far worse

I’m not expecting too much from the conversation centre near Salou, but once I’m on holiday in the city I pretty much intend to do very little other than eating good food and pottering around

Off to Barcelona for work and then a few days holiday. Will be great fun and is all good other than past James booking a flight that requires me to leave the house before 8am on a Sunday
