My sense is that #inclusion is being misunderstood atm. It's not about expecting everyone to fit into a one size fits all system then adjusting when they don't. It's about creating an environment that includes everyone through making adjustments ahead of time. Start by thinking about the outliers. 🙏🏻

This thing where some people are claiming that SEND is 'over diagnosed' because of 'pushy parents' or just = 'bad behaviour'. Perhaps they could tell our SENCOs who put in endless hours completing the paperwork to help children get a much needed diagnosis? 😒🤷♀️

Nobody, I mean NOBODY, foresaw the incredibly attacking Spurs team of last season turning into a league catastrophe, ravaged by endless injuries, and yet miraculously winning a European trophy by playing incredibly resilient, low block defensive football. BONKERS!!!! #COYS
