The good:
Nick Richards in the 7 games this season where he played between 20-30 minutes:
26 mpg
11.4 points
9.7 rebounds
1.6 blocks
61.7% / 74.1% shooting splits
The bad:
Suns now have 4 centers on their roster.
For those who use Hashtag Basketball - all of the schedule data on the website has been updated with these changes.
FWIW - Wizards and Hornets gain a game, and the Clippers lose a game in the window of potential playoff weeks.
Experiment: Exclusively use hashtagfootball.com for all of my fantasy football leagues to test how well the tools and rankings compare to people using other tools and ranking websites.
The result: On my way to winning all 3 of my leagues!
Seeing Hashtag Basketball casually appearing in MKBHD videos has been my favourite addition to 2024.
Hey! Minus 1 removes a player's worst category.
The H2H type is something I added to the website last season, which puts a floor on how low a negative category can go (the floor is set to -2).
This is the first season I've noticed people using the standard 9-cat scoring system less! (this is a good thing since it's pretty flawed, but it's been the standard for so long and it's hard to change old habits).
NBA players with games of 5 or more steals (so far this season):
Thanks! Yeah, I wanted to make sure there was still some cool stuff available without a premium subscription.
The top 10 performances in #fantasybasketball this season (based on 9-cat individual game rankings):
Going to spend some time here and wanted to introduce myself.
- I'm a software engineer
- I drive an EV that isn't a Tesla
- My wife thinks I own too many pairs of running shoes
- The hotter the sauce, the better
- Started hashtagbasketball.com as a side project; last month, it hit 2M page views
@fantasynbanews.bsky.social is here! I might try deleting my Twitter app for a while.
Give it another go now!
Looks like @blueskyfeedcreator.com has it back up and running again!
I'm not a big poster on social media, but this app does a good job of giving people full control of their home screen using feeds.
They require some configuration, so I've made a bunch for each of the main fantasy sports.

FWIW, this is what my home screen looks like:

Okay, this app wins for letting me have complete control over what feeds I get to pin.
