I recommend trying "As You Wish: Inconceivable Tales from the Making of The Princess Bride" by Cary Elwes.
He does a wonderful job narrating, and there are guest appearances by most of the rest of the major cast, reading the parts they had contributed to the book.
Plus it's a good story!
