My own simple rub. 3 hours @ 225°F w/ hickory pellets. Pull & wrap in parchment paper w/ drizzle of honey. 2 more hours. Unwrap and light mop with BBQ sauce on top. Back in for ~45 minutes and then take them inside. First time w/ parchment paper instead of foil and it worked great.
