Well, that's definitely true.

I haven't printed cards for years. Welcome to the club.

I need a Switch 2. I made the mistake of putting on a video about Pokopia and now I *NEED* a Switch 2. Anyone, uh, need anything painted?
Reminder that this is where I'll be this weekend!
Booth 753!

There's nothing quite like doing a self portrait to make you realize how desperately you need a haircut.
Oh hey are we talking about money in publishing today? Hereβs a talk I delivered for @scbwi.bsky.social in Kansas City that is about EXACTLY THAT. youtu.be/9Ik42WUYmeQ?...
Cropped photograph of multi colored stitches on red fabric where the shape of Oregon has been screen printed along with "455.3 mi" and some mile markers along the side. See the upcoming blog post for more context.
I've got a blog post queued up for tomorrow morning about a little thing I've been doing on the side just for me, available to all members.

The drawings I'm playing around with remind me of some of the paintings I did as a teenager, but they also tap into something even younger than that? These could be bridging the gap between me an my inner child.
I think this is the first time it's happened to me, so it feels particularly spooky.
There's a sketch in my sketchbook that is obviously done by my hamd, but I have no memory of doing it. It's not bad, so I'll take it, but it still feels weird.
Go fly a kite!
My rule for "separating the art from the artist"
Are they dead?
1) Yes
2) No
If, 2), then there is no separation. Fuck them.
I've been experimenting with colorful drawings and having a blast! It does nothing to abate my lust for oil sticks, however.
Well now I need to rework it!
I once got a commission to draw a sexy R2-D2 that got cancelled before I could finish. I still like what I came up with and have been thinking about finishing it lately.
101 is the best number for Dalmatians, but for a Kickstarter, the more backers the better. There are 9 days left for LASER JOAN AND THE RAYGUNS, so get in on the rock βn roll spy action while you still can, comic fans!
I watched a "Top 10 Things to Do in Albania" video the other day and in the number 1 spot was "go to Greece."
So... you know...
I'm going to bed, so this will be up for only 8 more hours then I'm taking it down!
It's nice how different they are, but also of a cohesive piece?
I don't know why, but I've been taking photos of my palette whenever I finish a painting. It kind of fills me with a quiet joy for some reason.
Definitely my favorite installment in the franchise.
What a hero!
ECCC is STILL going on?! Y'all must be tired! Maybe you should go home and sleep!
Gone, for now, but not forgotten.
Are you enjoying ECCC but missing me and my con exclusive prints something fierce? I'm sorry I'm not there, but I did make a con exclusive for you all the same! I'm taking it down Sunday night, so act fast!
I did my Greek lesson and it kicked my ass, but at least my Greek handwriting is looking good!
