Had an appointment with my ADHD to say my ADHD meds still aren't working. Later she went to prescribe this other thing I take she was like, "Oh, you haven't been filling this prescription as regularly as you should, why?"

I'm now fully recovered, just FYI, and doing great!
I'm lucky enough to have found an ADHD community in real life since then, and I've definitely spent a lot of time outdoors, but I'm feeling like a more balanced relationship with social media is possible now.
Cancer recovery makes you do funny things.
I couldn't social media for a while at all after getting cancer.
It took a long time to feel like every moment I spent online wasn't a total waste of my life after having cancer.
But I miss the online ADHD community, if I'm being real.
