Spent last night with two loved ones (not all in pics) playing Slay the Spire 2 co-op mode and zomg it was just the cosiest most cute time. A massive recommend to literally anyone, it's incredibly accessible, and then wonderfully intricate down the line.

sabotaging humanity by travelling back in time and giving the first caveman Slay the Spire so that they won't get anything done

The fact they have the gall to accuse Iran re: nukes when Trump himself scrapped any good faith negotiations back in 2018. It's all so unbelievably senseless and brutal. Hague is the least this lot deserves.

Disgusting of Merz not to side by SΓ‘nchez in the White House. Talk of making Europe look weak and discredited.

We are witnessing a Trump version of Putin's "take Kyiv in two days". It's not working out and sadly I fear rivers of blood ahead. Sanctions should be the least of it, Israel and US of A ought to be entirely isolated.

At least I'm seeing BBC actually having speakers over that are openly challenging the ethics and the law of this entire attack in its live coverage. That's a relief, that the usual cross-Atlantic war machine voice has not completely taken over. Even if Starmer & co are totally in.

The only bit of spine left in Europe, I swear. Good on SΓ‘nchez, consistently on point.

And just to be clear I'm not some Only America Bad loonie - Putin has destroyed many of my loved ones' lives, and I'd be totally against Putin to be taken out this way, too.
I have loved ones in both Iran and Israel and this war is nothing, but a Greater Judea & Samaria imperialist feverdream.

I do think it's ironic / funny / strange that "collective responsibility" for some reason applies to all others except Americans. Everyone else ought to leave their countries / relinquish citizenship / not pay taxes etc etc, to be seen as not tainted by their governments' actions. Not USAns though.

Listening to these US Army people is making me physically nauseous. I guess that's what terrorists do - absolutely petrify.

War being conducted by absolute psychos with unlimited resources. It's incredibly scary. If and whenever this is all over, and Trump is gone, as soon as possible insha'Allah, no stone should be left unturned in examining how did this come to be. Military spending by the US needs to be halted.

Gutted I can't make this, such a needed conversation that I've been thinking about so much lately!
London folks - a must!

seems obvs to me that mamdani gets far because of his charm. why do "male self improvement" types always focus on things like looksmaxxing instead of personalitymaxxing or charmmaxxing?

I gave years of hope towards Corbyn (although alwyas preferred McDonnell, and yes he was stitched up, but his tankyism, passive aggression, arrogance and plain distain for people who really wanted to help him - yeah he broke my heart and I'm well off that train sadly. Or for the better, dk!

Shout-outs and a massive appreciation post for the existence of the Your Party though - absolutely crucial and important for it to stay, contain and cordon off all the cranks.

Chuka Umunna levels of incompetence, arrogance and irrelevance there. And I'm so fine with it.

What great great news to wake up to. πŸ’š
A huge blow to both Farage and Starmer and most importantly - a real chance of politics of hope becoming mainstream in Britain. Huge congrats to the Green Party & the leader Polianski - so well fought for.

So just as a final word on this by election before polls close:

No matter what the result, Gorton and Denton is supposed to be in a category of safe seat that should essentially render it uncompetitive. The fact that it isn't is a damning indictment of Labour's time in office.
