Just bought a new house that has a standard electric range. The thing I miss most (aside from the memories made in the old house) is the induction cooktop. Ripping hot pans in seconds. Boiling water in a minute. They’re so good.
Not that I wouldn’t try it, but I would get a long lecture as to why we shouldn’t do that and then end up with a much shorter lunch break/bad evals. 🫤
