ok did explicit testing for some of my pictures. compared to what's on my pds, doing the lossless conversion reduces size by about 15-30%

i thought jxl was just better than jpg due to being a more advanced codec, i haven't done explicit testing but that's what i thought at least

ok but genuinely i kinda want to write a custom pds which intercepts jpg uploads, converts them to jxl to store on the pds, and when someone does getBlob it converts them back with imgproxy or something. the process is for jpg <-> jxl it just saves me space
