there are a dozen different mapped drives all to the same address, how on earth was this ever working 'up until last week' if this router has been in prod for years

I simply Do Not Understand; but that is why ticket rerouting exists (as this is Not A Network Issue™)

ISP provides a static ipv4 but I get a CGNAT address and a 172.30.x.x address returned in hops #1 and #2 in a traceroute before my traffic egresses the ISP's network...

Did you migrate to any platform/service? I'm looking for something that imitates the server aspect of Discord that allows for screen sharing; I've taken a look at Matrix but I'm not sure that's quite a fit, and TS6 doesn't have screen sharing quite yet
