i wouldn't be surprised if trans people become one of the least engaged voting cohorts in the looming elections; one party is actively killing them and the other has said and done nothing. i do not say this to dissuade voters, im just acknowledging reality.
And any trans person arrested under this will be placed in units of their sex assigned at birth. For trans women, this means v coding, rape, and sexual assault. They'll also be denied access to hormones and forced to detransition. I can't begin to tell you just how cruel all this is.
