Ukraine has been using missiles fired into Donetsk, Luhansk, Crimea and Zaporizhia for many months. Russia considers all of those regions as an integral part of Russia. Rolling over to Russia will only embolden them and other autocratic countries.
We very well might do, it’s a lot of work for a business to get a license to export arms. However ministers are still the deciding factor in who can sell to who.
