We're so grateful to our champions in the Legislature, including Senate President pro Tem Monique Limón, for their efforts to pass this bill. But our work does not stop here — we will continue fighting for your right to care, no matter what.

This bill will provide $90 million to address funding gaps caused by the federal government’s decisions to "defund" Planned Parenthood and roll back 53 years of reproductive rights.

Yesterday, Governor Newsom signed a critical bill that will ensure patients can continue accessing the care they need from Planned Parenthood health centers across California. PPCCAF President, Jenna Tosh, PhD, was there in Sacramento to witness the signing.

Congratulations, Senate President pro Tempore Monique Limón! She is the first Latina and first woman of color ever to lead the California State Senate. 🎉

Thanks to everyone who wrote a postcard to their local House member, urging them to continue opposing Republican-led efforts to “defund” Planned Parenthood. We brought them to Rep. Salud Carbajal and he shared this message.
