We're so grateful to our champions in the Legislature, including Senate President pro Tem Monique LimΓ³n, for their efforts to pass this bill. But our work does not stop here β we will continue fighting for your right to care, no matter what.
This bill will provide $90 million to address funding gaps caused by the federal governmentβs decisions to "defund" Planned Parenthood and roll back 53 years of reproductive rights.
Yesterday, Governor Newsom signed a critical bill that will ensure patients can continue accessing the care they need from Planned Parenthood health centers across California. PPCCAF President, Jenna Tosh, PhD, was there in Sacramento to witness the signing.
Congratulations, Senate President pro Tempore Monique LimΓ³n! She is the first Latina and first woman of color ever to lead the California State Senate. π

We look forward to continued collaboration to ensure access to sexual and reproductive health care in the Central Coast and throughout CA.

Planned Parenthood is under attack.
Thanks to everyone who wrote a postcard to their local House member, urging them to continue opposing Republican-led efforts to βdefundβ Planned Parenthood. We brought them to Rep. Salud Carbajal and he shared this message.
