Seems to be behind a paywall. I'd just point out that a citizen can, in fact, be put under guardianship if a court finds that they may be significantly harmed due to their inability to care for themselves. This is not new. Many of these individuals can currently be found in local jails.

It's not their disregard for the law that's the problem. It's the clear permission they have to get away with it. There's no control mechanism for those in power. Yet honest citizens are being killed by masked federal goons for complaining about it. That's the problem. Fix it or get out of the way.
It's like they have a team that just sits around all day flipping facts, charges, blame, and rumor and feeding the result into Republican ear pieces. It's the "I know you are but what am I?" team.

Trump says he won’t sign any other bills until the SAVE Act is passed, which requires voters to show proof of citizenship with expensive documents like passports.
Reminder: noncitizen voting is already illegal and incredibly rare. This is about voter suppression, plain and simple.
