We are talking from two diff perspectives. I get why his team thought it was necessary. Im saying from the viewers end a smear campaign was unnecessary when people were naturally going to go that route. The fact that his team even tried to go about it anyways adds on to his guilt and ill intent.

That’s why I said I was going to reread it because truthfully I skimmed it late and forgot the additional things. I mainly remembered the text messages added where she broke down how he attempted to use his PR team to do damage control. So that’s the part I was commenting on.

Im going back to reread but i guess my only point is that Justin’s team using a smear campaign was pointless.

The only hostile thing I remembered was him speaking on porn addiction & making her uncomfortable…which is wrong but after that things got conflated

I think that’s where I’m confused from everything I’ve seen I didn’t understand the violation part (not saying it didn’t happen at all) but the suit conflated two separate things and made it unclear what she was claiming.

My thing is the smear campaign was pointless because she is a horrible person without anyone having to put it on blast. Between the plantation wedding and using a movie on DV as a “cutesy” way to promote your hair care brand people were going to shit on her regardless
