I think the main help i owe to adding Bee Polen to my breakfasts for 3-4 months;
Ive been getting it as a recommendation from many locals; its nasty to eat on its own but adding it to some skyr and berries made it edible and im sure i owe my immune system boost mainly to it

✍️ i took note and throughout the entire year (not just as a prep for nfc but for general health) i focused on getting my immune system back up in order and im so happy it paid off!! Reinforcing it with a flu vaccine in october im also sure helped a ton;

Now that enough time has passed i can confidently say that im SO glad and surprised neither me or Pat got sick during or after this last NFC 😭
After what i went through last year with my lungs i was terrified not to happen again but thankfully i skipped 🥹

I think the biggest damage to the art community was the obsolescence of gallery sites (y!, deviantart, etc) and the rise of scroll-by social media, like twitter and even tumblr. Art is not ''content'', you shouldnt need to post art every day (or every month!) to be relevant. This mindset sucks.

Tbh: I think everyone should try to make the thing they want or commission once (if necessary, at small scale). And get involved in how stuff is made, and how it works in general.

It takes a lot of misunderstanding and uncertainty out of everything, and replaces it with genuine appreciation.

We will need to be ordering fur from howl soon (fossil gray, currently in stock) but we keep seeing people complain about their shipping times and drop in quality.
