This was my exact thought process when I read this!!!

I’ve noticed a lot of stories and media outlets, even @npr.org seem to be putting out lots of “unity content”. Lots of “put your politics aside for the holidays”, lots of “find common ground.” I’m sorry, but no. I know my worth & if your politics don’t find me worthy, you can fuck all the way off.

The first time I learned it was a Thanksgiving thing, I was 21 living in Guam when they played it on the radio a few months after I heard it for the first time.
My 23yo kid hates that song but will still quote from it from time to time.

We learned this morning that we did not need to cover our herbs to protect them from the frost.
I was worried that sage and rosemary wouldn't make it to Thanksgiving, but I needn't have done that.

I really wish we could get some Cherry Vanilla Diet Dr Pepper in 12 packs back in my market. I haven't had it since early 2020.
I know it's still a thing because I can get it in those fancy soda mixing machines at Wendy's and the movie theater.

Accidentally agreed to an activity on Monday when the kid mumbled the request. So we're going to go see Red One in the theater and then get the last minute stuff for Thanksgiving.
