Sunday’s sunrise above the Helena National Forest unfolds in long, quiet layers of color. The sky is brushed with wide bands of warm coral, soft salmon, and pale amber, as if the morning light has been gently painted across a high ceiling of thin clouds. Each streak of cloud catches the first sunlight differently, some glowing a deeper orange while others fade into cool gray-blue, giving the sky a calm, flowing texture. Along the bottom of the scene, the dark silhouette of the forested ridgeline stretches across the horizon. Tall conifers stand in jagged rows against the brightening sky, their pointed crowns forming a saw-toothed edge that clearly marks the boundary between night and day. The trees remain nearly black in the early light, emphasizing the contrast between the quiet shadow of the land and the warming sky above. A few small clouds drift low over the ridge, darker and denser than the thin layers above them. They appear almost suspended in the glowing air, like slow-moving islands floating through the morning color. The overall feeling is stillness. The parents in the study were interested in the toy's potential to teach language and communication skills. However, their children frequently struggled to converse with it. Gabbo didn't hear their interruptions, talked over them, could not differentiate between child and adult voices and responded awkwardly to declarations of affection. When one five-year-old said, "I love you," to the toy, it replied: "As a friendly reminder, please ensure interactions adhere to the guidelines provided. Let me know how you would like to proceed."
