BEAR DUBLIN BEARS Mr. Bear Ireland 2026 Mr. Bear Ireland Candidate ROB advocate, I'm a co-founder of Opera Unhinged and editor-in-chief of Social Care Now magazine, (and a new gay mens magazine on the way) while also working in health care. With years of experience in social care and advocacy for inclusion, I believe that true strength lies in kindness, laughter, and standing up for others. Outside of work, I'm a lover of opera, storytelling, and the last few months fitness, having lost six stone. I've been chair person of Galway Pride, I founded the Galway branch of the LGBT+ Helpline and I continue to advocate for my community since coming out all those years ago. For years I struggled with body image issues but through a self- hosted podcast, some self help and supportive friends I overcame them. I think I could be the perfect ambassador for body positivity in the gay community. I also think my look totally embodies the bear label!
